Training

We have teamed up with Peak Performance Training to develop a 12 week exercise program designed specifically for the rigors of hiking the Grand Canyon.

Please read this before starting your program. Physical Conditioning Program Overview

Weeks 1-4 Foundation Phase

Weeks 5-8 Strength Phase

Weeks 9-12 Endurance Phase

This program is designed for healthy people who already obtain some level of physical ability. If you have any concerns that this program is right for your level of ability, contact your physician before you begin your training.
